What a great experience! Started a little slow, but the server made for it with some free foccacia. Then we ordered way too much food, portions were large. Best wood fired oven pizza, hands down. The crust was exactly how this guy likes it, chewy in the inside and covered is chruchy bubbles. Toppings were all delicious and fresh. Fresh home made pasta was top notch. Will return many times.

love this place! went with my partner for a date night, was able to book a reservation online for the next hour. lively atmosphere with music, a cozy restaurant that’s decorated nicely. our server was friendly, and food was great! pasta was fresh and al dente. focaccia was delicious with the marinara. what i loved most about capra toro was that we didn’t feel rushed in any way! my partner and i slowly finished our meals and sat with a drink, chatting. our server waited for me to ask for the bill, he did not rush us whatsoever! this place makes such a lovely date night spot, or a great place to have dinner and drinks with some friends. open late! we will definitely visit capra toro again!

We sat at the bar for a drink and an order of meatballs. They were delicious. Took two pies home. Great crust, delicious sauce. Friendly and professional service. Much appreciated!

Been on my restaurant bucket list since I moved here 5 yrs ago; finally went tonight for our anniversary dinner and so happy we did. Huge portions, delicious. It's a really fun cool vibe inside. Not a stuffy Italian place, but still fancy. The gentleman who serviced us was amazing. So kind and gracious. He was busy, only one working I think. He was fabulous. We really enjoyed the experience and I wish we had of went sooner. Thank you!!!

Today was our first time trying Capra Toro, and we had a great time for lunch! We had the nice shady patio all to ourselves which was wonderful. I ordered the Ray Liotta sandwich and added chicken, my husband had the Rocco's Pie pizza - we both absolutely LOVED our food! Super delicious and satisfying Our server was really nice, and attentive too! All around we give Capra Toro 5 stars based on this visit. No complaints at all. Cant wait to return!

Last night was first dining experience at Capra Toro with friends, excellent from start to finish! We were seated right beside the pizza prep / wood fired oven area. Very entertaining to watch Robert and Joseph (a.k.a. Batman & Robin!) in total control making fresh to order creations. They never stopped! We had a caesar salad with the "All in Pizza", with caramelized and fresh red onions. The salad was crisp, with a tasty garlic dressing. Our pizza was so delicious to the last bite, made with lots of fresh toppings. Thanks Andrew, Adam, and the amazing "pizza team" for a perfect dining experience. Well done everyone!

My entire family absolutely loved Capra Toro! The bruschetta was so delicious. My chicken carbonara (without mushrooms) was really great. I loved it. The restaurant offers gluten free options and my sister in law really thought the gluten free chicken parmesan and spaghetti was the best she ever had. My ananas frizzante cocktail was so tasty I could have ordered a million. I'll definitely go back again. Our waiter was also really funny and nice.

My boyfriend and I love Friday date night at Capra Toro Peterborough. The food is fantastic and the ambiance is energetic, and fun. The service is impeccable and the staff is attentive and friendly. The only negative I could possibly say is the pizza crust could be more authentic. My boyfriend said it was dry and seemed store bought quality. On the plus side, there are lots of gluten free options for those of us with an allergy, which is such a welcome pleasure. We are diners for life.
